Our organization is led by a diverse group composed of passionate individuals with decades of experience in healthcare and senior living. Our board members are committed to upholding our organization’s mission and values, providing comprehensive services that enhance the well-being of our senior residents, and ensuring that our facilities remain top-notch in terms of quality and care.
Jonathan E. Hollinger
President & Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan comes to the Pleasant View Retirement Community from Excentia where he has served as their CEO from 2010 through 2015. His extensive background in public accounting, healthcare, and non-profit management serves him well in his role as President/CEO where he desires to maintain Pleasant View as an organization of excellence, a leader within the continuing care retirement community and an employer of choice. Previously, Jonathan was the Controller for Greiner Industries and Accounting Manager for Central Penn Management Group. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College. In addition, Jonathan brings a familiarity with the Manheim area and deep knowledge of retirement communities, as he served on the Board of Directors of Landis Homes Retirement Community near Lititz from 2012 to 2015, holding the position of Board Treasurer from 2013-2015.
Amy Blough Marsilio
Vice President of Operations and Compliance
Amy Blough Marsilio is a highly respected and dedicated executive committed to operational excellence and compassionate care at Pleasant View Communities. As Vice President of Operations and Compliance, Amy is instrumental in ensuring we provide the highest quality of service and well-being for our residents. Her leadership spans critical areas of the community including, Healthcare, Personal Care, and Home Care Services. Additionally, Amy oversees Human Resources, IT, Therapy Services, and Dining Services. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Pennsylvania and currently serves as Pleasant View’s Compliance Officer. Prior to her current role, Amy held the positions of Administrator and Vice President of Human Resources for Pleasant View.
Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Juniata College. Amy currently serves on the CARE Board of Directors.
Gary J. Gaissert
Vice President of Facilities & Project Management
Having 35+ years of experience in the construction industry (the last 14 in retirement living) Gary comes to Pleasant View to help with overseeing the new building projects. In addition to managing the building expansions and capital improvement efforts he will be responsible for maintaining and improving operational performance excellence in all the daily aspects of the facility and marketing/sales departments. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University. He also is currently the board chairman for Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity, and had previously served on the board for Your Neighborhood Connection.
Steve Myers
Vice President of Finance
Steve Myers brings more than twenty years of experience in the Continuing Care Retirement Community industry to his role as Vice President of Finance. A graduate of Shippensburg University, Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Steve has been a familiar face at Pleasant View, serving as the Community’s Controller since 1998.
