When Pleasant View first began as a rest home in 1955, it quickly gained a reputation in the community as a place providing quality care for aging loved ones. Today, Pleasant View is so much more than the “home on the hill,” and has become a hub of activity not only to our residents, but also members of the larger community.
In every corner of our community, we are creating spaces and places where friends, families, and neighbors can gather and celebrate. Our restaurant, Hearth and Harrow, is open to the public, which creates a fantastic atmosphere for real connections to take place. Manheim favorite, Mill 72 Café and Bakeshop, has a satellite location right on the Pleasant View campus.
With hundreds of members, PVFiT offers a wide array of health and wellness solutions in the fitness center and pool.
In the years ahead we have plans for a community library, a cultural center, orchards, and much more on the original Hoffer Farm.
