Hershey Farm Cottages
Welcome to the newest Residential Living expansion at Pleasant View
Over the next couple of years, we are building 86 cottages to the farmland at the southwestern edge of our campus, at the corner of Hickory Road and North Penryn Road. There are four floor plans ranging from 1,274 to 1,796 square feet, all with two car garages, covered porches & patios, and views of beautiful countryside.

The Sycamore
The Sycamore’s convenience of the entry to the kitchen from the garage allows for easy delivery of groceries. A dormer skylight and bay window provides for a bright and airy eat-in kitchen. The Sycamore also features a covered front porch entry, two bedrooms, two full baths and ample living and kitchen space. Several of these cottages also feature basement areas to expand living space and storage capabilities.
The Linden
The Linden features a one-car garage that opens directly to the kitchen. A large dining and living space, two bedrooms, two baths and a large covered porch entry are featured in this unit.
